Nilandron is an antiandrogen...similar to Eulexin (flutamide) and Casodex (bicalutamide). These drugs help reduce metastatic bone pain and improve survival.
Both Nilandron and Casodex are given once a day...instead of TID like Eulexin. But Nilandron isn't as well-tolerated as Casodex.
